Claim Policy

At EU Cargo Ltd, we are dedicated to delivering your goods safely and on time. However, in the event of any damage, loss, or delay, the following claim procedures apply:

  1. Claim Eligibility: Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date for non-delivery.

  2. Filing a Claim: To file a claim, provide the shipment tracking number, a description of the issue, and proof of damage or loss. Contact our customer service team via email or phone.

  3. Investigation Process: Once your claim is received, we will conduct an investigation. You may be required to submit additional documentation, such as photos or invoices, to support your claim.

  4. Compensation: If the claim is valid, compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the shipment and service terms. Compensation cannot exceed the value declared when shipping.

  5. Exclusions: Claims due to improper packaging, prohibited items, or events outside our control (such as natural disasters or customs delays) will not be eligible for compensation.

  6. Processing Time: Claims are typically processed within 30 days of submission. We will notify you of the outcome and any applicable compensation once the investigation is complete.
