Claim Eligibility: Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date for non-delivery.
Filing a Claim: To file a claim, provide the shipment tracking number, a description of the issue, and proof of damage or loss. Contact our customer service team via email or phone.
Investigation Process: Once your claim is received, we will conduct an investigation. You may be required to submit additional documentation, such as photos or invoices, to support your claim.
Compensation: If the claim is valid, compensation will be provided based on the declared value of the shipment and service terms. Compensation cannot exceed the value declared when shipping.
Exclusions: Claims due to improper packaging, prohibited items, or events outside our control (such as natural disasters or customs delays) will not be eligible for compensation.
Processing Time: Claims are typically processed within 30 days of submission. We will notify you of the outcome and any applicable compensation once the investigation is complete.
